Darn ulcer
feeling rather fustrated today. nv imagined an ulcer could be so painful. actually it was not AN ulcer but 2 ulcers combined together under my tongue. fucking ulcers. i guess they were really fucking, if not why would the join together. CHEESY heh heh...
ever wondered what causes mouth ulcers? not STD (herpes) k...which is a common misconception. herpes causes other kinds of ulcers "elsewhere". haha... The immediate cause of mouth ulcers is unknown, but factors that appear to provoke them include stress, damage from rough teeth, and deficiencies in vitamin b12 and folic acid (go check it out yourself).
Mouth ulcers normally heal without treatment within seven to ten days. The symptoms can be alleviated by medicines such as mouthwashes, pastilles and pain-relieving gels, which are available in drugstores. unless you have a fucking big ulcer as big as my mouth, you can take steriods, which is not very common. Good oral hygiene and avoidance of spicy foods can help to reduce the pain. Rinsing your mouth with a mix of teaspoon of salt disolved in 250ml of water before brushing your teeth acts as a mild antibiotic and can speed up the time taken for the mouth ulcer to heal as well as reducing pain in the short term. Not PUT SALT OK? bloody hell friends wanna KILL ME. advise me to put salt!! not you all pain leh.. is ME. haha you all ulcer i help you all put salt.

i am listing only 3. Chelsea is at 8. too bad... still a long way from 1st spot. What's my point here? my point is to all connected to chelsea be it their fans or whoever, man utd might be losing but we are still the most superior in terms of soccer business. Man Utd rulez.
